Improved machine with ‘One Touch’ function

The Scantool 420 GSHT is now available in this updated and strongly improved version with a “One Touch” function which means that you with one button activates the hydraulic vise which will start clamping and the saw blade will start running while the saw bow will go fast down to the material and slow down to the requested feed speed when it touches the material.

After finished cut, the saw bow will go up above the material and hydraulic vise will release.

Further the rotation of the saw in angles is now with bearings so the rotation is very easy and can be done with a little finger!

- For cutting normal steel, steel pipes and provides cutting angle at - 60°and +45°

- The 2-speed control gives a convenient selection of speeds.

- The hydraulic cylinder controls feeding volume and provides stable cutting.

- When the working table and saw bow changing the cutting angle, the vise and working piece will fix in the same position and makes it easy for the operator to use.

- Quick positioning vise for clamping all sizes of work piece.

- Chip pan underneath the working table prevents the coolant fluid leaking and keep floor dry.
